Barcelona-based entrepreneur, writer, and sustainability strategist. Having worked across Europe and the Middle East on sustainability and social impact initiatives, she later transformed a personal experience into Untangled, a guided breakup journal designed to help women navigate separation with self-compassion. She is also the co-founder of Gaia Journey, a conscious slow-travel company, and host of Mindwaves, a podcast exploring identity, growth, and intentional living.
